The professional customer does not benefit from this right of waiver.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"max-width:100%;\"><\/div>\n\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">If the purchase concerns personalized products, the Buyer does not enjoy this right.<br \/><br \/>The withdrawal can be notified by registered letter to Greensteel Concept Customer Service. To this end, the Buyer may use the text contained in the attached withdrawal form, without however being obliged to do so. In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice stating the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The Buyer&#8217;s right of renunciation is subject to the earliest possible return of the entire delivery, and in any case, within 14 working days from the sending of the online form or the registered letter notifying the renunciation. After this period of 14 days, the delivered products will not be taken back, nor refunded.
