Shipping and returns: shipping your package

Outside of these conditions, we invite you to send us an email to our address: admin@bamboo-concept.com and tell us your needs and we will come back to you with a complete estimate.
Our transport partner will then be the company GEODIS.
Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via GLS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via GLS and delivered against a signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages will be sized appropriately and your items will be adequately protected.
